I’m Adrienne, a Texas native and sunscreen advocate. I know what it’s like to approach skincare with hesitation, wondering if it will cause a setback or flare-up. I also know the comfort and confidence that come when a product truly works for you.
For people with sensitive, melanated skin like mine and my family’s, SPF has too often come with trade-offs: irritation, breakouts, or a visible cast that leaves us looking less than our best. We’re left to brace for reaction, settle for discomfort, or skip protection altogether.
I believe we deserve better. That’s why I created Meladore — to redefine what SPF can be: gentle, elegant, and effective. I spent years curating ingredients, collaborating with top-tier partners, and testing dozens of iterations, which culminated in Fortress, a complexion-compatible sunscreen designed to protect without compromise.
